제17조 여성 고용 촉진

고용노동부장관은 여성의 고용 촉진을 위한 시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 비영리법인과 단체에 대하여 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support all or part of the necessary costs to non-profit corporations and organizations that establish and operate facilities for the promotion of women's employment. <Amended by Act No. 10353, June 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 여성의 고용 촉진을 위한 사업을 실시하는 사업주 또는 여성휴게실과 수유시설을 설치하는 등 사업장 내의 고용환경을 개선하고자 하는 사업주에게 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support all or part of the necessary costs to employers who implement projects for the promotion of women's employment or employers who wish to improve the employment environment within the workplace, such as by establishing women's lounges and nursing facilities. <Amended by Act No. 10353, June 4, 2010>
