성평등가족부장관은 적극적 고용개선조치에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 조사ㆍ연구ㆍ교육ㆍ홍보 등의 사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Gender Equality and Family may carry out projects such as investigations, research, education, and public relations to efficiently perform duties concerning affirmative employment improvement measures. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010, Oct. 1, 2025>
성평등가족부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 제1항에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2025.10.1>
