제21조의2(그 밖의 보육 관련 지원) 고용노동부장관은 제21조에 따라 직장어린이집을 설치하여야 하는 사업주 외의 사업주가 직장어린이집을 설치하려는 경우에는 직장어린이집의 설치ㆍ운영에 필요한 정보 제공, 상담 및 비용의 일부 지원 등 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2011.6.7>

The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide necessary support, such as providing information, consulting, and partial cost support necessary for the establishment and operation of a workplace daycare center, to an employer other than those required to establish a workplace daycare center under Article 21 who intends to establish a workplace daycare center. <Amended by Act No. 10343, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 10757, Jun. 7, 2011>
