①
국가 또는 지방자치단체는 여성 근로자를 위한 교육ㆍ육아ㆍ주택 등 공공복지시설을 설치할 수 있다.
The State or a local government may establish public welfare facilities such as educational, childcare, and housing facilities for female workers.

제1항에 따른 공공복지시설의 기준과 운영에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the standards and operation of public welfare facilities pursuant to paragraph ① shall be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10334, Jun. 4, 2010>
