제25조(분쟁의 자율적 해결) 사업주는 제7조부터 제13조까지, 제13조의2, 제14조, 제14조의2, 제18조제4항, 제18조의2, 제19조, 제19조의2부터 제19조의6까지, 제21조 및 제22조의2에 따른 사항에 관하여 근로자가 고충을 신고하였을 때에는 「근로자참여 및 협력증진에 관한 법률」에 따라 해당 사업장에 설치된 노사협의회에 고충의 처리를 위임하는 등 자율적인 해결을 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

When a worker reports a grievance concerning matters under Articles 7 through 13, Article 13-2, Article 14, Article 14-2, Article 18, Paragraph 4, Article 18-2, Article 19, Articles 19-2 through 19-6, Article 21, and Article 22-2, the employer shall endeavor to resolve it voluntarily, such as by entrusting the handling of the grievance to the labor-management council established in the workplace in accordance with the 「Act on the Promotion of Labor-Management Cooperation」.
