①
고용노동부장관은 확정된 시정명령에 대하여 사업주에게 이행상황을 제출할 것을 요구할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may request the employer to submit the compliance status regarding a confirmed correction order.
②
시정신청을 한 근로자는 사업주가 확정된 시정명령을 이행하지 아니하는 경우 이를 고용노동부장관에게 신고할 수 있다.
A worker who has requested a correction may report to the Minister of Employment and Labor if the employer fails to comply with a confirmed correction order.
