제33조(관계 서류의 보존) 사업주는 이 법의 규정에 따른 사항에 관하여 대통령령으로 정하는 서류를 3년간 보존하여야 한다. 이 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 서류는 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전자문서로 작성ㆍ보존할 수 있다. <개정 2010.2.4, 2012.6.1>

① An employer shall preserve for three years documents prescribed by Presidential Decree concerning matters pursuant to the provisions of this Act. In this case, documents prescribed by Presidential Decree may be created and preserved as electronic documents under Article 2(1)(1) of the 「Act on the Promotion of Distribution, etc. of Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions」. <Amended by Act No. 10179, Feb. 4, 2010; Act No. 11847, Jun. 1, 2012>
