제36조(권한의 위임 및 위탁) 고용노동부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 지방고용노동행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임하거나 공공단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Translation
① The Minister of Employment and Labor may delegate part of the authority under this Act to the heads of regional employment and labor administrative agencies or the heads of local governments, or entrust it to public organizations, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10336, Jun. 4, 2010>
