고용노동부장관은 사업 또는 사업장의 남녀차별개선, 모성보호, 일ㆍ가정의 양립 실태를 파악하기 위하여 정기적으로 조사를 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall periodically conduct surveys to ascertain the actual conditions of gender discrimination improvement, maternity protection, and work-life balance in businesses or workplaces. <Amended by Act No. 10371, June 4, 2010>
제1항에 따른 실태조사의 대상, 시기, 내용 등 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the survey conducted under paragraph ①, such as the subjects, timing, and contents of the fact-finding survey, shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10371, June 4, 2010>
