제7조 모집과 채용

사업주는 근로자를 모집하거나 채용할 때 남녀를 차별하여서는 아니 된다.
An employer shall not discriminate on the basis of sex when recruiting or hiring workers.
사업주는 근로자를 모집ㆍ채용할 때 그 직무의 수행에 필요하지 아니한 용모ㆍ키ㆍ체중 등의 신체적 조건, 미혼 조건, 그 밖에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 조건을 제시하거나 요구하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.5.18>
An employer shall not present or demand physical conditions such as appearance, height, weight, etc., or conditions of being single, or other conditions prescribed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Ordinance, which are not necessary for the performance of the duties when recruiting or hiring workers. <Amended by Act No. 10340, Jun. 4, 2010, Act No. 18200, May 18, 2021>
