제8조 임금

사업주는 동일한 사업 내의 동일 가치 노동에 대하여는 동일한 임금을 지급하여야 한다.
Employers shall pay equal wages for equal value labor within the same business.
동일 가치 노동의 기준은 직무 수행에서 요구되는 기술, 노력, 책임 및 작업 조건 등으로 하고, 사업주가 그 기준을 정할 때에는 제25조에 따른 노사협의회의 근로자를 대표하는 위원의 의견을 들어야 한다.
The standards for equal value labor shall be based on the skills, efforts, responsibilities, and working conditions required for job performance, and when the employer determines these standards, they shall hear the opinions of the labor representatives on the labor-management council pursuant to Article 25.
사업주가 임금차별을 목적으로 설립한 별개의 사업은 동일한 사업으로 본다.
Separate businesses established by an employer for the purpose of wage discrimination shall be considered the same business.
