제18조(감독기관에 대한 통지) 사업 또는 사업장에서 이 법 또는 이 법에 의한 명령을 위반한 사실이 있는 경우에는 근로자는 그 사실을 고용노동부장관 또는 근로감독관에게 통지할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
