제19조(권한의 위임) 이 법의 규정에 따른 고용노동부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>

The authority of the Minister of Employment and Labor under this Act may be delegated in part to the head of a regional employment and labor office, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by May 4, 2010, May 26, 2020>
