제20조(취업촉진을 위한 국가 등의 노력) 국가 및 지방자치단체는 고용정보의 제공, 직업지도, 취업알선, 직업능력개발 등 기간제근로자 및 단시간근로자의 취업촉진을 위하여 필요한 조치를 우선적으로 취하도록 노력하여야 한다.

The State and local governments shall endeavor to take preferential measures necessary for the employment promotion of fixed-term workers and short-term workers, such as providing employment information, vocational guidance, job placement, and vocational ability development.
