제22조(벌칙) 제6조제1항의 규정을 위반하여 단시간근로자에게 초과근로를 하게한 자는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

Translation

Any person who causes a person employed on a short-term basis to engage in overtime work in violation of the provisions of Article 6 (1) shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten million won.
