제11조 업무의 감독과 건전성 규제 등

재정경제부장관은 외국환업무취급기관등(외국환업무취급기관등의 외국에 있는 영업소를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 업무를 감독하고 감독상 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may supervise the business of foreign exchange business institutions, etc. (including branches located outside of the Republic of Korea of foreign exchange business institutions, etc.; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article) and issue necessary supervisory orders. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
재정경제부장관은 외환시장의 안정과 외국환업무취급기관등의 건전성을 유지하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 외국환업무취급기관등의 외국통화 자산ㆍ부채비율을 정하는 등 외국통화의 조달ㆍ운용에 필요한 제한을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제한의 구체적인 기준은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
If the Minister of Finance and Economy deems it necessary for the stability of the foreign exchange market and the maintenance of the soundness of foreign exchange business institutions, etc., the Minister may impose necessary restrictions on the procurement and operation of foreign currency, such as setting the foreign currency asset-liability ratio of foreign exchange business institutions, etc. In this case, the specific criteria for the restrictions shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
