제11조의3 부담금의 징수 및 이의신청

재정경제부장관은 금융회사등이 내야 하는 부담금을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 나누어 내게 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may, in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree, require financial companies, etc. to pay contributions in installments. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Oct. 1, 2025.10.1>
재정경제부장관은 금융회사등이 부담금을 납부기한까지 내지 아니하면 납부기한이 지난 후 10일 이내에 10일 이상의 기간을 정하여 독촉장을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
If a financial company, etc. fails to pay the contribution by the payment deadline, the Minister of Finance and Economy shall issue a demand notice within 10 days after the expiration of the payment deadline, specifying a period of not less than 10 days. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Oct. 1, 2025.10.1>
재정경제부장관은 체납된 부담금에 대하여는 100분의 10 이내의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 가산금을 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

재정경제부장관은 제11조의2에 따른 부담금의 부과ㆍ징수를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 해당 금융회사등에 관련 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출을 요구받은 금융회사등은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
If the Minister of Finance and Economy deems it necessary for the imposition and collection of contributions under Article 11-2, the Minister may request the submission of relevant data from the financial company, etc. In this case, the financial company, etc. that is requested to submit data shall comply with the request unless there is a special reason. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Oct. 1, 2025.10.1>
제11조의2에 따라 부담금을 부과받은 금융회사등이 부과받은 사항에 대하여 이의가 있는 경우에는 재정경제부장관에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

그 밖에 부담금의 징수 및 이의신청 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
