제15조 지급절차 등

재정경제부장관은 이 법을 적용받는 지급 또는 수령과 관련하여 환전절차, 송금절차, 재산반출절차 등 필요한 사항을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may prescribe necessary matters related to payments or receipts subject to this Act, such as foreign exchange procedures, remittance procedures, and asset export procedures. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
재정경제부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당한다고 인정되는 경우에는 국내로부터 외국에 지급하려는 거주자ㆍ비거주자, 비거주자에게 지급하거나 비거주자로부터 수령하려는 거주자에게 그 지급 또는 수령을 할 때 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 허가를 받도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
1. 우리나라가 체결한 조약 및 일반적으로 승인된 국제법규를 성실하게 이행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우
2. 국제 평화 및 안전을 유지하기 위한 국제적 노력에 특히 기여할 필요가 있는 경우
If the Minister of Finance and Economy deems that any of the following applies, the Minister may require residents or non-residents intending to make payments from Korea to foreign countries, or residents intending to make payments to or receive from non-residents, to obtain permission for such payments or receipts, as prescribed by Presidential Decree: <Amended on October 1, 2025> 1. When it is unavoidable for the faithful implementation of treaties concluded by our country and generally recognized international law and rules. 2. When it is particularly necessary to contribute to international efforts to maintain international peace and security.
