Article 21 (Notification to the Commissioner of the National Tax Service, etc.)

다른 법률에도 불구하고 재정경제부장관은 이 법을 적용받는 거래, 지급, 수령, 자금의 이동 등에 관한 자료를 국세청장, 관세청장, 금융감독원장 또는 한국수출입은행장에게 직접 통보하거나 한국은행총재, 외국환업무취급기관등의 장, 세관의 장, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 자로 하여금 국세청장, 관세청장, 금융감독원장 또는 한국수출입은행장에게 통보하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Notwithstanding any other Act, the Minister of Finance and Economy may directly notify the Commissioner of the National Tax Service, the Commissioner of Customs Service, the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, or the President of the Export-Import Bank of Korea of data relating to transactions, payments, receipts, or movement of funds subject to this Act, or may cause the Governor of the Bank of Korea, the head of a foreign exchange business institution, etc., the head of a customs office, or any other person prescribed by Presidential Decree to notify the Commissioner of the National Tax Service, the Commissioner of Customs Service, the Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, or the President of the Export-Import Bank of Korea of such data. <Amended by Act No. XXX, Oct. 1, 2025>
재정경제부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 이 법을 적용받는 거래, 지급, 수령, 자금의 이동 등에 관한 자료를 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 신용정보집중기관에 제공하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2009.4.1, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Finance and Economy may cause any person prescribed by Presidential Decree to provide data relating to transactions, payments, receipts, or movement of funds subject to this Act to a credit information aggregation institution pursuant to Article 25 of the 「Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information」. <Amended by Act No. XXX, Apr. 1, 2009; Act No. XXX, Oct. 1, 2025>
