제10조(사증발급인정서) 제9조제1항에 따라 외국인근로자와 근로계약을 체결한 사용자는 「출입국관리법」 제9조제2항에 따라 그 외국인근로자를 대리하여 법무부장관에게 사증발급인정서를 신청할 수 있다.

① An employer who has concluded an employment contract with a foreign worker pursuant to Article 9(1) may apply to the Minister of Justice for a certificate of visa issuance approval on behalf of the foreign worker, in accordance with Article 9(2) of the Immigration Act.
