①

고용노동부장관은 외국인 취업교육을 전문적ㆍ효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 외국인 취업교육기관(이하 "외국인 취업교육기관"이라 한다)을 지정할 수 있다.

The Minister of Employment and Labor may designate foreigner employment education institutions (hereinafter referred to as "foreigner employment education institutions") in order to perform foreigner employment education professionally and efficiently.

②

제1항에 따라 외국인 취업교육기관으로 지정을 받으려는 자는 전문인력ㆍ시설 등 대통령령으로 정하는 지정기준을 갖추어 고용노동부장관에게 신청하여야 한다.

Any person who intends to be designated as a foreigner employment education institution pursuant to paragraph ① shall apply to the Minister of Employment and Labor after meeting the designation criteria prescribed by the Presidential Decree, such as professional personnel and facilities.

제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 외국인 취업교육기관의 지정절차 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.

Matters necessary for the designation procedure of foreigner employment education institutions, etc., other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① and ②, shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
