제13조제4항에 따라 이전받은 보험금등의 관리ㆍ운용에 필요한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 한국산업인력공단에 휴면보험금등관리위원회를 둔다.
A Management Committee for Dormant Insurance Claims, etc. shall be established at the Korea Human Resources Development Service of Korea to deliberate and resolve matters necessary for the management and operation of insurance claims, etc. transferred pursuant to Article 13 (4).
제13조제4항에 따라 이전받은 보험금등은 우선적으로 피보험자등을 위하여 사용되어야 한다.
Insurance claims, etc. transferred pursuant to Article 13 (4) shall be used primarily for the benefit of the insured, etc.
휴면보험금등관리위원회의 구성 및 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The composition and operation of the Management Committee for Dormant Insurance Claims, etc., and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
