제14조(건강보험) 사용자 및 사용자에게 고용된 외국인근로자에게 「국민건강보험법」을 적용하는 경우 사용자는 같은 법 제3조에 따른 사용자로, 사용자에게 고용된 외국인근로자는 같은 법 제6조제1항에 따른 직장가입자로 본다.

Translation

When applying the 「National Health Insurance Act」 to employers and foreign workers employed by employers, the employer shall be deemed an employer under Article 3 of the same Act, and the foreign worker employed by the employer shall be deemed a workplace subscriber under Article 6(1) of the same Act.
