제15조 귀국비용보험ㆍ신탁

외국인근로자는 귀국 시 필요한 비용에 충당하기 위하여 보험 또는 신탁에 가입하여야 한다.
A foreign worker shall subscribe to insurance or a trust to cover the costs necessary for repatriation.
제1항에 따른 보험 또는 신탁의 가입방법ㆍ내용ㆍ관리 및 지급 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the method of subscription to, contents of, management of, and payment of insurance or trusts under paragraph ① shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
제1항에 따른 보험 또는 신탁의 지급사유 발생에 따라 가입자가 받을 금액에 대한 청구권의 소멸시효, 소멸시효가 완성한 금액의 이전 및 관리ㆍ운용 등에 관하여는 제13조제4항 및 제13조의2를 준용한다. <신설 2014.1.28>
