제16조(귀국에 필요한 조치) 사용자는 외국인근로자가 근로관계의 종료, 체류기간의 만료 등으로 귀국하는 경우에는 귀국하기 전에 임금 등 금품관계를 청산하는 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

Where a foreign worker returns to their home country due to the termination of employment, the expiration of the period of stay, etc., the employer shall take necessary measures, such as settling payments including wages, before the foreign worker returns to their home country.
