The Minister of Employment and Labor shall carry out the following projects for the smooth domestic employment activities and efficient employment management of foreign workers. <Amended by Act No. 10367, Jun. 4, 2010> 1. Support projects for the entry and exit of foreign workers. 2. Education projects for foreign workers and their employers. 3. Cooperation projects with public institutions of sending countries and private organizations related to foreign workers. 4. Provision of convenience services, such as consultations, for foreign workers and their employers. 5. Public relations projects on the employment system for foreign workers, etc. 6. Other projects related to the employment management of foreign workers as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
