①
국가는 외국인근로자에 대한 상담과 교육, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사업을 하는 기관 또는 단체에 대하여 사업에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.
The State may, within the budget, support a portion of the necessary expenses for businesses conducted by institutions or organizations that provide counseling and education for foreign workers, and other businesses prescribed by Presidential Decree.
②
제1항에 따른 지원요건ㆍ기준 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the support requirements, standards, and procedures under Paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
