외국인근로자의 권익보호에 관한 사항을 협의하기 위하여 직업안정기관에 관할 구역의 노동자단체와 사용자단체 등이 참여하는 외국인근로자 권익보호협의회를 둘 수 있다.
In order to consult on matters concerning the protection of rights and interests of foreign workers, a Consultative Council for the Protection of Rights and Interests of Foreign Workers, in which labor organizations and employer organizations within the jurisdiction of the employment security office participate, may be established in the employment security office.
외국인근로자 권익보호협의회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Consultative Council for the Protection of Rights and Interests of Foreign Workers shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10343, Jun. 4, 2010>
