고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 사용자나 외국인근로자 또는 제24조제1항에 따라 지원을 받는 외국인근로자 관련 단체에 대하여 보고, 관련 서류의 제출이나 그 밖에 필요한 명령을 할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 관계인에게 질문하거나 관련 장부ㆍ서류 등을 조사하거나 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary, order the employer, a foreign worker, or an organization related to a foreign worker receiving support under Article 24(1) to report, submit related documents, or take other necessary measures, and may have his/her public officials question related persons or investigate and inspect related books, documents, etc. <Amended by Act No. 10364, June 4, 2010>
제1항에 따라 조사 또는 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 신분을 표시하는 증명서를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
Public officials conducting an investigation or inspection under paragraph ① shall carry credentials indicating their status and present them to the related persons.
