제26조의2 관계 기관의 협조

고용노동부장관은 중앙행정기관ㆍ지방자치단체ㆍ공공기관 등 관계 기관의 장에게 이 법의 시행을 위하여 다음 각 호의 자료 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
1. 업종별ㆍ지역별 인력수급 자료
2. 외국인근로자 대상 지원사업 자료
The Minister of Employment and Labor may request the heads of related agencies, such as central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions, to submit the following data for the enforcement of this Act: 1. Data on labor supply and demand by industry and region 2. Data on support projects for foreign workers
제1항에 따라 자료의 제출을 요청받은 기관은 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
An agency that has received a request for data submission under paragraph ① shall comply with the request unless there is a justifiable reason not to.
