제28조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁) 고용노동부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임하거나 한국산업인력공단 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. 다만, 제21조제1호의 사업은 한국산업인력공단에 위탁한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2014.1.28>

Translation

The Minister of Employment and Labor may delegate part of the authority under this Act to the head of a regional employment and labor office, or entrust it to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service or a person designated by Presidential Decree, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. However, business referred to in Article 21, Item 1 shall be entrusted to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service. <Amended by Act No. 10340, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 12314, Jan. 28, 2014>
