①
시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 건강생활의 실천운동을 추진하기 위하여 지역사회의 주민ㆍ단체 또는 공공기관이 참여하는 건강생활실천협의회를 구성하여야 한다.
The head of a city/province and the head of a city/county/district shall establish a Health Living Practice Council, in which residents, organizations, or public institutions of the local community participate, to promote the practice of healthy living.
②
제1항의 규정에 의한 건강생활실천협의회의 조직 및 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the organization and operation of the Health Living Practice Council under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by the ordinance of the local government.
