제12조의5(보건교육사의 자격취소) 보건복지부장관은 보건교육사가 제12조의2제6항을 위반하여 다른 사람에게 자격증을 빌려준 경우에는 그 자격을 취소하여야 한다.

① The Minister of Health and Welfare shall revoke the qualification of a health educator if the health educator lends their qualification to another person in violation of Article 12-2, Paragraph 6.
