①
보건복지부장관은 정기적으로 국민의 보건교육의 성과에 관하여 평가를 하여야 한다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall periodically evaluate the performance of health education for the public. <Amended by Act No. 5471, Dec. 13, 1997., Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008., Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010.>
