제14조(보건교육의 개발등) 보건복지부장관은 정부출연연구기관등의설립ㆍ운영및육성에관한법률에 의한 한국보건사회연구원으로 하여금 보건교육에 관한 정보ㆍ자료의 수집ㆍ개발 및 조사, 그 교육의 평가 기타 필요한 업무를 행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 1999.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
