Article 16-3 (Physical Activity Promotion Projects)
제16조의3 신체활동장려사업

국가 및 지방자치단체는 국민의 건강증진을 위하여 신체활동을 장려할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.
1. 신체활동장려에 관한 교육사업
2. 신체활동장려에 관한 조사ㆍ연구사업
3. 그 밖에 신체활동장려를 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업
The State and local governments shall carry out the following projects to promote physical activity for the promotion of national health. 1. Education projects concerning physical activity promotion 2. Survey and research projects concerning physical activity promotion 3. Other projects prescribed by Presidential Decree for physical activity promotion
제1항 각 호의 사업 내용ㆍ기준 및 방법은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
The content, standards, and methods of the projects referred to in the subparagraphs of paragraph ① shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
