Article 18 (Oral Health Project)
제18조 구강건강사업

국가 및 지방자치단체는 국민의 구강질환의 예방과 구강건강의 증진을 위하여 다음 각호의 사업을 행한다. <개정 2003.7.29, 2024.2.20>
1. 구강건강에 관한 교육사업
2. 수돗물불소농도조정사업
3. 구강건강에 관한 조사ㆍ연구사업
4. 아동ㆍ노인ㆍ장애인ㆍ임산부 등 건강취약계층을 위한 구강건강증진사업
5. 기타 구강건강의 증진을 위하여 대통령령이 정하는 사업
The State and local governments shall carry out the following projects to prevent oral diseases and promote oral health of the people. 1. Education projects concerning oral health 2. Fluoridation of tap water projects 3. Survey and research projects concerning oral health 4. Oral health promotion projects for vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women 5. Other projects prescribed by Presidential Decree for the promotion of oral health
제1항 각호의 사업내용ㆍ기준 및 방법은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The details, standards, and methods of the projects under the subparagraphs of paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
