제20조(검진) 국가는 건강증진을 위하여 필요한 경우에 보건복지부령이 정하는 바에 의하여 국민에 대하여 건강검진을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
