제21조(검진결과의 공개금지) 제20조의 규정에 의하여 건강검진을 한 자 또는 검진기관에 근무하는 자는 국민의 건강증진사업의 수행을 위하여 불가피한 경우를 제외하고는 정당한 사유없이 검진결과를 공개하여서는 아니된다.

① A person who has conducted a health examination or a person employed by a health examination institution pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 shall not disclose the results of the examination without justifiable grounds, except where it is unavoidable for the performance of the national health promotion project.
