보건복지부장관은 기금의 운용성과 및 재정상태를 명확히 하기 위하여 대통령령이 정하는 바에 의하여 회계처리하여야 한다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2017.12.30>

기금의 관리ㆍ운용 기타 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
