제26조(비용의 보조) 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 매 회계연도마다 예산의 범위안에서 건강증진사업의 수행에 필요한 비용의 일부를 부담하거나 이를 수행하는 법인 또는 단체에 보조할 수 있다.
