보건복지부장관 또는 질병관리청장은 보건교육을 담당하거나 국민건강영양조사 및 영양에 관한 지도를 담당하는 공무원 또는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 단체 및 공공기관에 종사하는 담당자의 자질향상을 위하여 필요한 지도와 훈련을 할 수 있다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2020.8.11, 2023.3.28>
The Minister of Health and Welfare or the Commissioner of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency may provide necessary guidance and training to improve the qualifications of public officials in charge of health education or the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and nutrition guidance, and personnel working in organizations and public institutions prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Amended by Act No. 5475, Dec. 13, 1997, Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010, Act No. 17459, Aug. 11, 2020, Act No. 19252, Mar. 28, 2023>
