제31조(벌칙) 제21조를 위반하여 정당한 사유 없이 건강검진의 결과를 공개한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

① Any person who, without justifiable grounds, discloses the results of a health examination in violation of Article 21 shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than 30 million won.
