Article 4 (Establishment of Comprehensive National Health Promotion Plan)
제4조 국민건강증진종합계획의 수립

보건복지부장관은 제5조의 규정에 따른 국민건강증진정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국민건강증진종합계획(이하 "종합계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. 이 경우 미리 관계중앙행정기관의 장과 협의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall establish a Comprehensive National Health Promotion Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Plan") every five years, after deliberation by the National Health Promotion Policy Deliberation Committee pursuant to Article 5. In this case, the Minister shall consult with the heads of relevant central administrative agencies in advance. <Amended by Act No. 9440, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
종합계획에 포함되어야 할 사항은 다음과 같다. <개정 2014.3.18>

2. 국민건강증진을 위한 주요 추진과제 및 추진방법
3. 국민건강증진에 관한 인력의 관리 및 소요재원의 조달방안
4. 제22조의 규정에 따른 국민건강증진기금의 운용방안
4의2. 아동ㆍ여성ㆍ노인ㆍ장애인 등 건강취약 집단이나 계층에 대한 건강증진 지원방안
5. 국민건강증진 관련 통계 및 정보의 관리 방안
6. 그 밖에 국민건강증진을 위하여 필요한 사항

Major promotional tasks and methods for national health promotion 3. Measures for the management of personnel and the procurement of necessary financial resources for national health promotion 4. Measures for the operation of the National Health Promotion Fund pursuant to Article 22 4.2. Support measures for health promotion for vulnerable groups or strata such as children, women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities 5. Measures for the management of statistics and information related to national health promotion 6. Other matters necessary for national health promotion
