제5조 국민건강증진정책심의위원회

국민건강증진에 관한 주요사항을 심의하기 위하여 보건복지부에 국민건강증진정책심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
To deliberate on major matters concerning national health promotion, a National Health Promotion Policy Deliberative Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") shall be established in the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9427, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다. <개정 2010.3.26, 2016.5.29>
1. 종합계획
2. 제22조의 규정에 따른 국민건강증진기금의 연도별 운용계획안ㆍ결산 및 평가
3. 2 이상의 중앙행정기관이 관련되는 주요 국민건강증진시책에 관한 사항으로서 관계중앙행정기관의 장이 심의를 요청하는 사항
4. 「국민영양관리법」 제9조에 따른 심의사항
5. 다른 법령에서 위원회의 심의를 받도록 한 사항
6. 그 밖에 위원장이 심의에 부치는 사항
The Committee shall deliberate on the following matters. <Amended by Act No. 10140, Mar. 26, 2010; Act No. 14179, May 29, 2016> 1. Comprehensive plans 2. Draft annual operation plans, settlement of accounts, and evaluations of the National Health Promotion Fund pursuant to the provisions of Article 22 3. Matters concerning major national health promotion policies that involve two or more central administrative agencies, which are requested for deliberation by the heads of the relevant central administrative agencies 4. Matters for deliberation pursuant to Article 9 of the National Nutrition Management Act 5. Matters that are required to be deliberated by the Committee under other statutes 6. Other matters referred to the Committee by the Chairperson
