제5조의3 한국건강증진개발원의 설립 및 운영

보건복지부장관은 제22조에 따른 국민건강증진기금의 효율적인 운영과 국민건강증진사업의 원활한 추진을 위하여 필요한 정책 수립의 지원과 사업평가 등의 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 한국건강증진개발원(이하 이 조에서 "개발원"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2014.1.28>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall establish the Korea Health Promotion Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute" in this Article) to perform tasks such as supporting policy formulation and evaluating projects necessary for the efficient operation of the National Health Promotion Fund under Article 22 and the smooth implementation of national health promotion projects. <Amended by Act No. 9432, Feb. 29, 2008, Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010, Act No. 12312, Jan. 28, 2014>
개발원은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2015.5.18, 2019.12.3>
1. 국민건강증진 정책수립을 위한 자료개발 및 정책분석
2. 종합계획 수립의 지원
3. 위원회의 운영지원
4. 제24조에 따른 기금의 관리ㆍ운용의 지원 업무
5. 제25조제1항제1호부터 제10호까지의 사업에 관한 업무
6. 국민건강증진사업의 관리, 기술 지원 및 평가
7. 「지역보건법」 제7조부터 제9조까지에 따른 지역보건의료계획에 대한 기술 지원
8. 「지역보건법」 제24조에 따른 보건소의 설치와 운영에 필요한 비용의 보조
9. 국민건강증진과 관련된 연구과제의 기획 및 평가
10. 「농어촌 등 보건의료를 위한 특별조치법」 제2조의 공중보건의사의 효율적 활용을 위한 지원
11. 지역보건사업의 원활한 추진을 위한 지원
12. 그 밖에 국민건강증진과 관련하여 보건복지부장관이 필요하다고 인정한 업무

Development of data and analysis of policies for the formulation of national health promotion policies 2. Support for the formulation of comprehensive plans 3. Support for the operation of committees 4. Support for the management and operation of the Fund under Article 24 5. Tasks related to projects under Article 25 (1) 1 through 10 6. Management, technical support, and evaluation of national health promotion projects 7. Technical support for regional health and medical plans under Articles 7 through 9 of the Regional Public Health Act 8. Subsidies for costs necessary for the establishment and operation of public health centers under Article 24 of the Regional Public Health Act 9. Planning and evaluation of research projects related to national health promotion 10. Support for the efficient utilization of public health doctors under Article 2 of the Act on Special Measures for Health and Medical Services in Rural and Fishing Areas, etc. 11. Support for the smooth implementation of regional public health projects 12. Other tasks deemed necessary by the Minister of Health and Welfare in relation to national health promotion
개발원은 법인으로 하고, 주된 사무소의 소재지에 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다. <신설 2014.1.28>
The Institute shall be a juridical person and shall be established upon registration of its establishment at the location of its principal office. <Newly established by Act No. 12312, Jan. 28, 2014>
개발원은 다음 각 호를 재원으로 한다. <신설 2014.1.28>

2. 정부출연금
3. 기부금
4. 그 밖의 수입금

정부는 개발원의 운영에 필요한 예산을 지급할 수 있다. <신설 2014.1.28>
The Government may pay the budget necessary for the operation of the Institute. <Newly established by Act No. 12312, Jan. 28, 2014>
개발원에 관하여 이 법과 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에서 정한 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <신설 2014.1.28>
Matters concerning the Institute not stipulated in this Act and the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」 shall be governed by the provisions concerning foundations in the 「Civil Act」. <Newly established by Act No. 12312, Jan. 28, 2014>
