제6조 건강친화 환경 조성 및 건강생활의 지원 등

국가 및 지방자치단체는 건강친화 환경을 조성하고, 국민이 건강생활을 실천할 수 있도록 지원하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
The State and local governments shall create a health-friendly environment and support the people in practicing healthy living. <Amended by Act No. 16857, Dec. 3, 2019>
국가는 혼인과 가정생활을 보호하기 위하여 혼인전에 혼인 당사자의 건강을 확인하도록 권장하여야 한다.
The State shall encourage the health check-up of persons intending to marry for the protection of marriage and family life. <Amended by Act No. 11572, Dec. 18, 2012>
제2항의 규정에 의한 건강확인의 내용 및 절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 1997.12.13, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
