Translation
①
인증의 유효기간은 인증을 받은 날부터 3년으로 하되, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
The validity period of certification shall be 3 years from the date of receipt of certification, provided that the period may be extended as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
②
제1항에 따른 인증의 연장신청에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the extension application of certification under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Minister of Health and Welfare.
