제8조의3 절주문화 조성 및 알코올 남용ㆍ의존 관리 등

국가 및 지방자치단체는 절주문화 조성, 음주폐해 예방 및 알코올 남용ㆍ의존의 예방 및 치료를 위하여 노력하여야 하며, 이를 위한 조사ㆍ연구 또는 사업을 추진할 수 있다. <개정 2025.3.18>
The State and local governments shall endeavor to foster a culture of abstinence, prevent alcohol-related harms, and prevent and treat alcohol abuse and dependence, and may promote surveys, research, or projects for these purposes. <Amended by Act No. 1XXXX, Mar. 18, 2025>

보건복지부장관은 5년마다 「정신건강증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률」 제10조에 따른 실태조사와 연계하여 알코올 남용ㆍ의존 실태조사를 실시하여야 한다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall conduct a survey on the status of alcohol abuse and dependence every five years, in conjunction with the survey on the actual conditions conducted pursuant to Article 10 of the 「Act on Promotion of Mental Health and Support for Welfare Services for Persons with Mental Illness」.
