제9조의3(가향물질 함유 표시 제한) 제조자등은 담배에 연초 외의 식품이나 향기가 나는 물질(이하 "가향물질"이라 한다)을 포함하는 경우 이를 표시하는 문구나 그림ㆍ사진을 제품의 포장이나 광고에 사용하여서는 아니 된다.

A manufacturer, etc., when tobacco contains food or flavoring substances other than tobacco leaves (hereinafter referred to as "flavoring substances"), shall not use phrases, illustrations, or photographs that display this on the product packaging or in advertisements.
